Camborne Show 2011

The Lions arrived at Camborne Show at about 8.30 am and were met with heavy rain and high winds. At times we struggled to erect the five gazebos needed to shelter us from the rain. This did not deter our Ian Mitchell from getting undressed .....again! This time however he was helped by Vice President Paul Bray (pictured top left). We are not sure what they were doing when this picture was taken so please put your suggestions on a postcard and let us know!

For other, more senior members of the club, it was all a little too much and a well deserved rest was in order (pictured bottom left)

After the very wet and windy start eventually the sun came out and so did the show goers although the weather undoubtedly kept many away.

Once again a big thank you goes out to all who came to see us and support us in our charity fundraising efforts.
