Easter Egg Hunt 2011
At 1pm the queue for registration steadily began to grow as over 300 children and their families arrived to take part in this year's annual Easter Egg Hunt.
The event was again sponsored by our friends at C&R Plastics and 500 Easter Eggs were kindly donated by our very good friend Ken Taylor who runs the Beach Cafe.
The digging began at 2pm and the first few eggs were found quite quickly in both the under 5's area and under 12's area. The last few eggs however, were a little more elusive and required some 'clues' to the whereabouts before they were all finally found.
Winners of the Easter Egg Hunt included Callum Day, aged 8 (pictured left), Skyla Regan, aged 3 (pictured top right) and Leah Cox aged 5 (pictured middle right). Other winners included Josh Laity, William Allen, Ryan Lawrence, James Symington and Emily and Rosie Bunyan all are pictured below.
