A Message from our President.

Welcome to the Lions Club of Camborne-Redruth & District. We invite you to explore our site to see who we are, what we do and why we do it. We will be adding new pages and new links over the coming months so please bookmark our site and return regularly to view the events we have organised or we are attending throughout the year.

All Lions Clubs are always looking for new members to help the Lions raise funds so that they can help those less fortunate than ourselves and are in need, primarily locally but also nationally and internationally.

If you live in our area and would like to join us in our endeavours (on a wholly voluntary basis) please go to the link to our Membership Secretary and let him have your details. If you live outside our area he will be pleased to pass your details to your nearest Lions club.

I would like to emphasise that 100% of the monies raised by Lions are for charitable purposes, all administration costs are paid for by the members of the Lions.

Now please continue to browse through our site and, if you feel you can help us in any way, please do get in touch.

Lion Jimmy Winn

Who Are We and What Do We Do?

We are a group of ordinary people in a Club which is a member of the International Organisation of Lions Clubs with over 900 Clubs in the UK and 45,000 Clubs in the world, with over 1.4million members, dedicated to supporting worthy causes and helping those who are less fortunate than ourselves (for instance, our Organisation raised over £3M towards rebuilding the area devastated by the tsunami in Southern Asia).
