At a recent meeting of the Camborne Redruth & District Lions Club the Lions presented their Youth achievement award jointly to Amber Gibson and Tabitha Taylor.

Ashley was nominated by basket ball Special Olympics as a candidate for the award. The Lion’s Youth Officer, Lion Peter Cale, said that 16 year old Ashley Kevern is a very motivated young man who is coming to terms with his disabilities and is a deserving recipient of the Lion’s Youth Achievement award.
