Easter Egg Hunt 2022

Easter Egg Hunt

17th April 2022

After 2 long years away, the Easter Egg Hunt is back!

The event, as always, is due to be held at Portreath Beach on 17th April (Easter Sunday). Under the circumstances, we have decided to limit the number to 300 children.

Registration will be on a 'first come - first served' basis and will start at 1pm. The digging will start at 2pm. The entry fee remains just £1 per child.

This year's event has kindly been sponsored by Morrisons in Redruth, C&R Plastics, Glow Warm Heating and Taylors Tyres, for which we are truly grateful.

Remember, plastic or wooden spades only!

We look forward to seeing you all there!

Youth Achievement Award

Youth Achievement Award - Jack Wilde

15th March 2022

Our first Youth Achievement Award of 2022 went to Jack Wild who is 18 years old and studying hospitality at college.

Jack is a member of the Boys Brigade and recently achieved the Queens Badge, which is the Boys Brigade's highest award.

Jack also works part time as a carer in Camborne. The elderly people he cares for speak very highly of him. He also volunteers 2 nights a week at Camborne Church helping with feeding the homeless.

St. Pirans Day

5th March 2022

On the 5th March we were finally able to get out and start raising funds again and there was no better place to start than St. Piran's Day in Redruth.

With so many here and abroad struggling, the funds raised will go to help those in need. Thank you to all who supported us.
